Privacy policy
Version of 2026-11-06.
Who handles your data
The controller of the data on this page is SandiTech. For any request about your data, write to contato@sanditech.com.br.
What we collect and why
1. The “notify me when it hits Steam” list
- Data: your email, the language of the page you were on, and the date and time of your consent, with the version of this policy.
- Purpose: only to tell you when the game is released on Steam. We do not use it for anything else, we do not sell it and we do not pass it on.
- Legal basis: your consent (Brazilian LGPD, art. 7, item I), given when you tick the form's box.
- For how long: until we send the release notice or until you ask for deletion. If the game is not released, we delete the list within 24 months.
- We do not store your IP or your browser details together with the email.
2. Visit and demo statistics
- We use Umami, a statistics program that runs on our own server. It uses no cookies and sends no data to third parties.
- We measure only what we need to know whether the page and the demo work: page views, where the visit came from (referring site), device, browser and approximate country, and demo events: clicked play, the demo started, how long it was played (in minutes) and whether it reached the end of the demo.
- These events carry no name, no email and nothing that identifies you. They are aggregate numbers.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether people care about the project (LGPD, art. 7, item IX), using data that identifies no one.
3. Server logs
The web server records the IP address and time of each request, only for security and to find bugs. These logs are deleted within 14 days.
4. What the game stores in your browser
The demo saves your progress in the browser's local storage (IndexedDB). It stays on your device only, it is needed for the game to work and it is not used to track you. When you click play, the page only checks whether that save already exists, so we can count how many people come back; nothing that identifies you is read or sent. You can erase it by clearing the site data.
5. Online co-op
To connect players, the browser uses WebRTC. This shows your IP address to the other players in the room. To find out each player's network address, the game queries the STUN server on our own server, with no third party involved. On networks that block a direct connection, the match may go through a relay server of ours (TURN), which only forwards the game data and records your IP and the time in a log deleted within 14 days; to use it, the game receives a temporary credential from us that is valid for 30 minutes. Our room server keeps only the room code while the room exists. If you do not use co-op, none of this happens.
6. Feedback box (demo page)
- Data: the text you write, the message type, the page language, the date and time of consent with the version of this policy and, only if you want a reply, your email. We do not store your IP or browser details with the message.
- Purpose: only to fix bugs and improve the game and, if you left an email, to reply. The message is not published or shared.
- Legal basis: your consent (LGPD, art. 7, item I), given by ticking the form box.
- How long: up to 24 months or until you ask for deletion. Please do not write personal data in the text; if you did, you can ask for deletion at the email in the section above.
Who we share it with
With no one for marketing purposes. The data sits on a server rented from a hosting provider (Contabo), located in: França (datacenter da Contabo GmbH, empresa alemã). The provider only supplies the machine.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) you can ask us to confirm that we process your data, to give you access to it, to correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contato@sanditech.com.br using the email you signed up with. We answer within 15 days. Withdrawing does not affect what was done before, and you can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
Minors
If you are under 18, ask a responsible adult to sign you up for the list.
Changes to this policy
If we change something, the version date at the top of this page changes.
